Marumoto Sake Brewery's efforts

Marumoto Sake Brewery, which started cultivating rice (Yamada Nishiki) in-house more than 30 years ago, is still making rice. We aim to make sake that is convincing with rice from sake breweries that make sake, not rice from farmers who do not make sake.
