Sesame tofu shop special Japanese sweets “sesame fururi” with a fluffy texture

“Sesame” is said to have been brought back from China, which Kukai visited as a mission to Tang.
A new Japanese sweet was born from Daikaku Sohonpo, which manufactures “Koyasan sesame tofu” that has been prized and carefully cultivated as a nourishing food for monks in Koyasan.

Creamy and elegant sweetness using Wasanbon sugar

“Blancmange” is a sweet that comes from the meaning of “white food” in Old French.
The manufacturing method is also made by hardening almond milk and coconut milk with gelatin.
“Daikaku Sohonpo Sesame Fururi” is a new type of Japanese-style blancmange made only with sesame, starch, and sweetness of Wasanbon sugar.
