Inari Sushi with Chestnuts and Autumn Salmon” from “Fukujusuya,” a high-end Inari sushi specialty restaurant

2022.11.03

Fukujusuya, a high-end inari-jushi specialty store with a store in Asakusa, has been selling “Fukujusuya’s Marugoto Chestnut and Autumn Salmon Inari” wrapped with autumn flavors since Saturday, October 29, 2012.

New inari sushi with sweetened whole chestnuts and plump grilled autumn salmon

“Marugoto Kuri-Inari” is made of whole chestnuts candied in sweetened soy sauce. Steamed chestnuts are mixed with black sesame seeds and served with vinegared rice, and wrapped in juicy fried bean curd soaked in the cooking juice.
The “Aki-Salmon Inari” is made from filleted, fluffy, salted and grilled autumn salmon, which is carefully hand-rolled one by one and wrapped with vinegared rice mixed with white sesame seeds.
We recommend alternating between the sweet “Marugoto Kuri-Inari” and the salty “Aki-Salmon Inari”.
