Funabashiya Kameido Tenjinmae Honten introduces a new winter-only oshiruko. Yuzu Shiratama Shiruko,” a deeply flavored oshiruko that combines sour and sweet tastes, will be available from January 19 (Thu.).

Two layers of aromatic yuzu bean paste, made from home-grown Hokkaido azuki beans and lactic acid bacteria*1, are blended together. The refreshing aroma of yuzu and the gentle sweetness of the drinkable Kuzumochi Lactobacillus lactobacillus will fill your mouth.

(*1) Drinking Kuzumochi lactic acid bacteria… A healthful drink using “Kuzumochi Lactobacillus acidophilus®” discovered in the fermentation tank of Kuzumochi.
